we're getting there!
Well, I'm down 8.2 total, so I'm slowly making some progress. I've added some cardio into my routines and have been doing zumba through C-Fit. It is stupid of me to not take advantage of having this free workout through the county, so I'm going to start using it. I love love love zumba. Thursday it was cancelled due to the predicted snow storm (plus, I couldn't go b/c I was supposed to work the bball game), so I went with Candy to AmFam to try out a class. We did a 30 minute ab class (it hurts to laugh today) and a 60 minute zumba class.... phew, that one kicked my ass.
75% of the time I'm really watching my points and what I'm eating. And then other times (Friday night), I'm just like fuck it... sometimes I want to enjoy some food and alcohol without thinking about how many points each is. My problem is that if food is in front of me, I'm going to eat it hungry or not.
We are weighing in today, and I just came back from a 2 mile walk with Chimi so shower time.
Miss you, Rita! And I can't wait to see Kristina at our meeting and at work next week!!!!!!!!!!!!

still here.
seems our posting has certainly slowed down a lot! That's okay though b/c are losing weight has picked up!
I was up last week .6 at WW; however, lost 3 inches to my waist, one inch to my hips, .5 inches to my theigh, and my boobs stayed the same (Kara, you should be proud of that).
Working out with Jillian has been nothing short of GREAT! I hate her for one hour, three times a week and love her the rest of the time. I feel so much better now that i've been working out again. I've also improved leaps and bounds in all aspects of my fitness. I'm nowhere near where I should be, but i'm so much better than I was.
Gotta go back to work this week :( Going to be tough, but i'll get through it.

ringing in the new year
Still have my motivation!!! However, i'm pretty bumped that i had to cancel my session w/ Jillian tonight b/c adam couldn't watch the baby. He had a legit reason; but I was still really bummed. My father in law was admitted to a hospital b/c he has fluid in his lungs. Unfortunately, this is cancer related, so we'll see what happens. Keep your fingers crossed they can fix whatever he's got going on.
WW - down 4.6 for a total of 5lbs! Woot! Haven't been too good this week though, so we'll see how Sunday goes. No excuses why I was bad, just was and now i'll pay for it on Sunday.
Fitness - ouch. that's all i've got to say about that.

2013- the year of the skinny bitches
I was on a roll posting, but I have been slacking so let me get back into this.
Shouout to you guys- you guys had big weight losses this past weigh in; however, I gained all your weight! lol. Kristina- you have so much motivation right now with training with Forlicker. You are going to be melting away in no time!
Well, I lost 7 pounds the first week and gained 4 pounds the 2nd week. But, I weighed myself after a night of heavy celebrating at Dani's housewarming party. About 4 beers and 8 shots later (let's not count the food I binged on), I gained it back. I was upset, but I knew I was in the wrong.
I think I already used up my weekly points in these past two day. Yesterday we went to the Womble's for New Years, and I ate a good dinner before I went; however, I did do a little bit of snacking there. I did log all the drinking I did (only 1 beer, 2 shots, 1 margarita, and 2 glasses of champagne, lol). I'm hoping that with school starting, I will get back into a strict routine.
So, one of my resolutions is not to diet, but just get healthier. To help watch my weight, I spray painted a picture frame with chalkboard paint and hung it up on my wall above my scale, so every morning I will weight myself and write my weight down. Hopefully it'll go down a little everyday.
I'm sure I have a lot more to write, but I just wanted to get a little posted. Hope you guys had a great time at Nathan & Megan's last night! love you guys!
