we're getting there!

Well, I'm down 8.2 total, so I'm slowly making some progress. I've added some cardio into my routines and have been doing zumba through C-Fit. It is stupid of me to not take advantage of having this free workout through the county, so I'm going to start using it. I love love love zumba. Thursday it was cancelled due to the predicted snow storm (plus, I couldn't go b/c I was supposed to work the bball game), so I went with Candy to AmFam to try out a class. We did a 30 minute ab class (it hurts to laugh today) and a 60 minute zumba class.... phew, that one kicked my ass.

75% of the time I'm really watching my points and what I'm eating. And then other times (Friday night), I'm just like fuck it... sometimes I want to enjoy some food and alcohol without thinking about how many points each is.  My problem is that if food is in front of me, I'm going to eat it hungry or not.

We are weighing in today, and I just came back from a 2 mile walk with Chimi so shower time.

Miss you, Rita! And I can't wait to see Kristina at our meeting and at work next week!!!!!!!!!!!!
