2013- the year of the skinny bitches

I was on a roll posting, but I have been slacking so let me get back into this.

Shouout to you guys- you guys had big weight losses this past weigh in; however, I gained all your weight! lol. Kristina- you have so much motivation right now with training with Forlicker. You are going to be melting away in no time!

Well, I lost 7 pounds the first week and gained 4 pounds the 2nd week. But, I weighed myself after a night of heavy celebrating at Dani's housewarming party. About 4 beers and 8 shots later (let's not count the food I binged on), I gained it back. I was upset, but I knew I was in the wrong.

I think I already used up my weekly points in these past two day. Yesterday we went to the Womble's for New Years, and I ate a good dinner before I went; however, I did do a little bit of snacking there. I did log all the drinking I did (only 1 beer, 2 shots, 1 margarita, and 2 glasses of champagne, lol).  I'm hoping that with school starting, I will get back into a strict routine.

So, one of my resolutions is not to diet, but just get healthier. To help watch my weight, I spray painted a picture frame with chalkboard paint and hung it up on my wall above my scale, so every morning I will weight myself and write my weight down. Hopefully it'll go down a little everyday. 

I'm sure I have a lot more to write, but I just wanted to get a little posted. Hope you guys had a great time at Nathan & Megan's last night! love you guys!
