okay, so I weighed myself...it's not pretty. i'm 221 :( ....and gaining!
anywho...had mini wheats for breakfast, got hungry about an hr. later and cut up watermelon (ate as I cut).
Lunch i had about 4 slices of low sodium/low fat white am. cheese and some chips :(
I was hungry again about 2 hrs. later so I ate the fruitsnacks that I packed in my purse for when I went out to run errands.
2 hrs. after that (current time) i am hungry again so i ate a pickle and now i'm currently munching on a bowl of cut up watermelon.
all the while, i've been drinking my water out of my sans-hole tervis cup.
I think i'm going to make another fresh salad for dinner...Kara's cucumbers were delish!
On a side note...kara is right, the mens beach volleyball is enjoyble to watch :)
This is do-able...very do-able! Rita is right--kara, you'll be THE hot bridesmaid and i'll be the ONLY mamma in julie's wedding! :)

Kristina you did really well...you ate frequently but healthy (cheese has protein) AND that's what they say you are supposed to do...girls, we are rocking this...and I'm not going to lie, writing to each other like this makes it pretty funny! I love you guys! Kara - do you still have your face or has it been turned into a mask yet!!!!

I like your title of this :) I agree- I think people are supposed to eat small meals multiple times a day. I know if I drink a lot of water like you guys, I'll be running around of class to pee every 5 minutes. Kristina, you are eating super healthy! But, you usually also don't eat a lot of junk food. So, I went to Food Lion Friday to get those free eggs with your coupon, and I picked up the precut watermelon you had at the pool. Well, IDK what happened, but the seal popped over the weekend and it wasn't closed all the way. OMG, I went to eat a piece and wanted to vomit. Oh, mens volleyball. oh yes! And Kristina, as soon as you pop that wiener (and boy attached), you'll drop all of this weight. You are nothing but boobs and belly and aren't gaining it anywhere else!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! So for dinner I'm baking chicken breast tenders. I put some bread crumbs on them for a little extra sumptin sumptin. I like the idea of not eating after 7....I think I'm going to push mine back to eight. If I don't drink my milk and have my three oreos I'll either die or become extremely hateful!!! But I'm gonna work on it!
