Day 2: Dinner - Taco Tuesday....

This may be a challenge. It's Taco Tuesday, and in an effort to:
1) not make my poor husband suffer too much and 
2) stay true to my love of Mexican food


...Taco Tuesday must prevail....


We are going to lighten it up a bit though - I'm going with ground turkey for the taco meat, Fat Free Sour Cream, and Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese, along with lettuce and tomatoes, and Franks Hot Sauce which has nothing in it...all in all, I think it won't be too bad. Also we aren't going to make cheese dip and have chips with it...so we're probably cutting back on a lot of calories there.


...my goal is to have three tacos....AND STOP.  #FatGirlsDontStop


but I don't think that's too bad...considering I've been really good today...
...minus my water in take - that wasn't as high as yesterday, but I'm still drinking water, and no sodas yet! 


I'm sure I'll finish the night with a fruit chiller, popcorn, or both....but both of those are under 100 calories. 


I sure hope this is working....we'll see come weigh in time on Monday!

  1. Your taco Tuesday sounds delicious! I've had turkey burgers, so I'm sure they are the same as ground turkey, and it was delicious! And awesome job on no sodas! I have 1 16oz bottle throughout the day, but I never finish it. I can't give it up yet.
    Hope dinner was delicious! It's great that Josh is being supportive and you are able to make slight adjustments for you both! :)
