once a mac n cheese whore, always a mac n cheese whore
Ok, here is my dinner. I used my George Foreman for like the 2nd time since I moved in to just grill a chicken breast. Don't let the mac n cheese fool you; it is one of those "healthy" meals. For what it was, it was that bad.
Well, I'm done eating for the night. Let's have a girls night at my house or something & I'll make a somewhat healthy meal (I can make a mean & decorative salad) complete with gallons of milk ready. Plus, you'll get to meet my new roommate. LOL.
Happy dinner time! Kristina, when you do the bread crumbs on your chicken, do you throw it in the oven? I usually do an egg/milk soak and then dip them in bread crumbs, fry it for a little (I know, big no no) and then bake it for a bit. Tonight I enjoyed my grilled chicken with some onion powder (onions & garlic, I don't know which one I enjoy more).

PS- It's only day 1, but I freaking love blogging with you guys. I like being accountable, being a creeper and reading what you guys are doing, and the motivation from you both! Thanks for letting me in on this with you peeps.

when I make the chicken i actually soak the tenders in water then put them in the bread crumbs. I bake them in the oven for about 25 mins on 360-- time depends on how ya like your chicken too. I like mine rather well done and adam likes his not so dry.
ReplyDeleteyou can also try marinating your chicken breast in light italian dressing too for some extra taste when you grill it.
I, too, like the blogging-- we definately have to keep up the great work!!
