Phew.... what a day.
After my delicious breakfast of eggs & bacon, I went up to the school to get ready to leave. I packed my lunch today for our tournament which consisted of a wrap and watermelon. Well, I did eat the wrap and had a lil bit of pasta salad they were selling as well as a sprite. Then nothing all day but water. I just wasn't hungry b/c I was busy doing stuff with the team (while we waited inside b/c of the rain). Unfortunately, we only got to play once and 5 minutes of our 2nd game and tied our first game. On the plus side though, I'm starting to feel a little bit more confident in what is going on and how to coach the girls on the game.
For dinner we went to panera. Hello, I love that the nutritional value is posted right next to the food. And again, what I usually get seemed to be a good choice. I get the half caesar salar & half sandwich with a side of bread and water.... so, about 500 calories total. I'm getting a little hungry so I might pop some popcorn.
Nothing else too exciting to report except Honey boo boo comes on tonight. I'm hoping I can stay awake for it; I am worn out!!
Dude I don't know what the deal is lately but I've been SO tired this week it's stupid, and I've gotten plenty of sleep so really, no excuse!
ReplyDeleteKara you did really well yesterday, and you were on the road, good job! I have a feeling the reason we aren't losing is because our bodies just need time to adjust, at least, I'm going with that. At least I can still say, I'm eating better and that's better for my health, cause let's face it...it's about being skinny, but it's also about being healthy, cause it's all downhill after 30, we gotta start taking care of ourselves....
Also - I'm down for a movie tomorrow, let me know...Kristina will be in NY by then! LOL
