So football season is MY SHIT.
I'm so excited about it it's not even funny. However, I'm also kind of sad because I normally eat (and drink) like a retard during football, and I'll never reach my goal if I do that...so, I've got to remember that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels - except for nachos, chili, buffalo wings, and sam adams oktoberfest beer....AHHH
Just gotta get to my birthday - I CAN DO THIS! My thought is - behave all football season, and celebrate at the Superbowl. That's how normal people are right?! They don't eat like a party even Sunday....just on big occasions - I need to remember that.
Here's how today's been so far with me:
Breakfast: Coffee
Mid Morning Snack - Chobani, Peach Non-fat - SO GOOD
Lunch - One of those 250 calorie, tuna snacks - we didn't have deli meat this morning for a sandwich so I took that instead of going out and being REALLY bad.
Snacks - Veggie cup, still leftover from party! I have one more left - that was a good thing to keep, loved them and they were so handy at work. I also had a bag of cherries I've been snacking on this afternoon.
Lots of water.........Lots and Lots of it.....
sip. sip. sip. sip.
Dinner - NO Idea, I defrosted some deer chili - which is actually really healthy so maybe we'll eat that before the game....

You losing 10 pounds before your birthday is going to be a piece of cake! And I freaking love Mr. Bean. This picture may also have to be laminated and put in my classroom.
