Mundane Monday

Hullo ladies! I'm so proud of your losses. You are both doing so well :-) unfortunately, I was not as successful, but that is to be expected. Christian and I are up 2 lbs to 222. So let's talk food; I ate grapes for breakfast. This held me over until central park deli where I ate chicken nuggs and fries. I went to Costco afterwards and walked around for about 40 mins. For dinner Adam and I ordered pizza, but I only had one piece. This was much better than what I usuall do. I'll probably pop some popcorn for an evening snack. Holler at you girls later :-)

  1. That sounds like an awesome day to me. hello, Costco cardio! lol. 40 minutes is what I do! :) & on a side note, can I say that you refer to him as Christian now?! It makes everything so real. Plus, 2 pounds total for two people- sounds great to me! I gain two pounds in a freaking week just for kicks, lol

  2. Think about what you gained...you gained "healthy weight" - you've eaten TONS of fruit and cut back on your portions - your baby is going to come out a super athlete. You're doing great, and because you're eating so healthy I bet the weight will come off faster than Kara and I can say "Kobe!"
