Day 3 - Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Plans

Taking a brain break at work, so I thought I'd drop in and share some awesome sauce, here's my day: 

Breakfast: Coffee / Chobani Yogurt (YUM!)
Lunch: Today I brought a sandwich, basil pesto sliced chicken, with mustard on white. Watermelon (from walmart) and a banana as my mid-afternoon snack. 


I am SO excited about dinner cause, it's in a crockpot - and there is nothing better than coming home to a house that smells amazing, and dinner being done! 

I made 'Crockpot Beer Chicken' - I found the recipe online yesterday and it looked like something Josh and I would eat together happily - without fuss, maybe. So I have it a whirl...and it was SUPER simple...

Here's the recipe: (one serving 3 WW points, that's how good it is)

Throw it in crock pot and cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours...

I'm also going to do it with a side of 'Salt and Vinegar Potatoes' - haven't tried this yet, but found it online also, and it got good reviews...
