I meant to ask you if you saw the Laughing Cow Cream Cheeses for bagels - they are only 45 calories a wedge, and they come in regular cream cheese, cinnamon cream cheese, and strawberry cream cheese...if you use those with one of those 110 calorie bagel thins - you're looking at 155 calorie breakfast!! BAM! Bought the regular and cinnamon last night at the store, but woke up too late to fix a bagel today - will try it hopefully tomorrow and report back on the yumminess scale!
I have seen those...I've bought it for Adam before. I'm not a cream cheese person but that is a great snack too!!

DeleteThat is what I used to do. Get the slim bagels and weight watchers had preportioned cream cheese. That helped a lot, but I am loving the flavored cheese!! I might need to start getting back to these bagels. Good call!
